With a short walk through Corso Venezia our guests arrive in Piazza Duomo, the heart of Milan. For those who want to see an unexpected and unusual corner of the city we suggest a detour towards the so-called “Quadrilatero del silenzio". It is called in this way in antithesis to the most famous "Quadrilatero della Moda".
This glimpse of the city is perhaps one of the most reserved and quiet places in Milan. In the tranquility of these streets you can admire the Liberty-style palaces and villas of the late nineteenth/early twentieth century.
The streets of the Quadrilatero are Via Serbelloni, Via Mozart, Via Vivaio and Via Cappuccini. It is easily reached through via Serbelloni, immediatly after the public gardens Indro Montanelli of Palestro.
Do not miss: Villa Necchi Campiglio and Villa Invernizzi.
